Hello! My name is Goh Zhi Zheng, and I graduated from the National University of Singapore in 2025 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering Science, specialising in Energy and Science Technology.
I am currently working as a Research Assistant, focusing on the development of in-house software for fuel performance evaluation and fission product transport.
For my honours thesis, I worked on optical simulations of perovskite–silicon tandem solar cells, developing a framework to optimise their design and reduce current mismatch losses. The project combined ray tracing and analytical modelling approaches to study light management and guide efficiency improvements in tandem cell architectures.
I’m always keen to learn more about ongoing research in clean energy, nuclear systems, and advanced simulation methods.
