Why Outreach?

SNRSI’s outreach efforts are geared to raise the awareness on ionizing radiation, radioactive materials, and topics related to nuclear science and engineering. Through these efforts, we hope to inspire an interest in science among future generations and dispel common misconceptions of nuclear and radiation.
